How to Request a Return

Returning an item with YCDAZXWY is designed to be quick and easy. Here’s what you need to do:

To start the return process within 30 days of receiving your order, please send an email to [email protected] including the following details:

  • Your Full Name
  • Your Order Number (which can be found in your order confirmation or tracking number email)
  • A brief description of the item you are returning (including the product title and model number if applicable)
  • The reason for the return (for example, incorrect color, sizing issues, design change, or product defect—please specify)
  • Note: If the item is damaged or defective, please include photos to expedite the process.

We will respond within 3 business days with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. If your return qualifies for free shipping, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Otherwise, we will give you our address and instructions for sending the item back.

What is an RMA Number?

An RMA number is a unique identifier that we use to track your return within our system. This number helps us associate your return with your original order. Upon requesting a return, we will issue an RMA number within 3 business days.

Preparing Your Return

When preparing your return, please ensure the following:

  • Include the RMA number on a piece of paper inside the box.
  • Do not write on the product boxes.
  • Use a trackable shipping service and insure the package to protect against loss or damage.
  • Repackage the product in its original outer shipping box to prevent damage.

When Should I Expect My Refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If you have any questions, please contact us.

General Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in resalable condition and not installed.
  • Items must be in their original packaging without writing on the box.
  • Items must not be missing any components.
  • If these criteria are not met, your return may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Timely returns (within 15 days of authorization) are exempt from restocking fees. Returns received more than 15 days after authorization may incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • Returns received more than 30 days after authorization may be rejected.

Returns for Defective or Damaged Products

We strive to ensure that every product leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. However, if your item is defective or arrives damaged, please inform us within 15 days of delivery. For defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement. Reporting issues within 30 days of receipt is essential to avoid denial of return requests.

In some instances, handling defects may involve making a warranty claim with the manufacturer. We will guide you through the process and provide the necessary information to contact the manufacturer directly, at no additional cost to you.
